Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using LeadGlider.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company: Solo Dev Agency (South Africa).
  • Service: The LeadGlider website, application, and any related features.

  • You: The individual or organization using the Service.
  • Device: Any device used to access the Service.
  • Terms: These Terms of Service form the agreement between You and the Company.

Trading Names

All products and services managed under the Solo Dev Agency umbrella are governed by these Terms, including LeadGlider.

Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadGlider.

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Service Description

LeadGlider is an AI-powered lead follow-up tool built for Google Forms. It helps users convert form submissions into conversations and customers via automated lead scoring, smart summaries, and personalized email follow-ups. The Service is provided "as is" - I do my best to ensure stability, but I can't guarantee perfection. Always review communications where necessary.

User Content

You retain full ownership of your form data and submissions. I process that content only as necessary to deliver the Service and do not retain data beyond what is needed to operate the platform unless explicitly required.

Plans and Usage

The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Each plan comes with its own limits, features, and usage caps, which will be clearly communicated at signup or in-app. I reserve the right to change plan features or limits with notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse or misuse the Service, including (but not limited to) attempting unauthorized access, interfering with platform operation, or using it for spam, fraud, or unlawful activities.

Third-party Links and Services

LeadGlider may link to or integrate with other services (like Resend, Google, Calendly, etc.). I'm not responsible for the terms or behavior of those services. Please review their respective policies before use.

Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service in any way.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solo Dev Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of your last 6 months of payments or $100 USD.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". I do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of lead scoring, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Dispute Resolution

If there's a dispute, please contact me first - I'll do my best to resolve it amicably. Otherwise, matters will be handled through the courts in South Africa.

Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When I do, I'll update the date above. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the latest version.
